Abstract Guidelines

  • A structured abstract with 300 words or less should be submitted on or before 20/1/2024.
  • A structured abstract of no more than 300 words must be submitted by January 20, 2024
  • Abstracts must be submitted to conf.bvdusopt@gmail.com together with a properly signed declaration form that is included in  this instruction booklet.
  • We will only accept original research; narrative reviews, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses will not be considered.
  • Only word format (MS Office Word) should be used for creating and sending the abstracts.

Your abstracts can be sent to one of four categories.

Write the abstract using the following organized format: Introduction, Methods/Procedure, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords.

  • Name of the Topic/ Title
  • Name of all the Author/s (Name and Surname) [Including Email ID of all the authors]
  • Presenter
  • Current Institute and Address
  • Category of Participation
  • Registration is mandatory for presentations of scientific papers.
  • Please submit a scanned copy of your highest degree certificate if you have finished your graduation, and a scanned copy of your college ID with the date it was issued if you are a student.
  • Submissions of abstracts are accepted in the following fields: medicine, physiology, psychology, sports physical therapy, nutrition, etc.
  • The certificate of presentation will only be given to the presenting author
